Scandinavian model

We know how important it is for Scandinavian companies to operate and cooperate according to the Scandinavian Model. 

Our company and our partners operate according to this standard, collecting only positive opinions.
We ensure that all employees provided by agencies cooperating with NORDIN have appropriate registrations (tax numbers, employer registrations) and are registered with the relevant institutions.

We ensure that taxes and social security contributions for employees are paid in the country of their work, and that they receive equal pay to their Scandinavian counterparts.

We ensure they receive all allowances, and the employing agencies adhere to union regulations valid on each project.

It is very important to us that the employees we provide undergo onboarding in line with the expectations of our contractors. Therefore, we place great emphasis on appropriate training of employees who are to start working for our clients, including training on cultural differences.

Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce

NORDIN is a member of Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce.


The Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing business relations between Sweden and Poland. Acting as a platform supporting trade exchange, investments, and economic cooperation between the two countries, the Chamber aims to strengthen business relationships, promote innovation, technology transfer, and market access. Through organizing various networking events, conferences, seminars, and business missions, the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce creates opportunities for companies from both countries to establish contacts, exchange experiences, and identify potential collaborators and business partners. The Chamber also serves an advisory role, providing support in legal regulations, taxation, and other matters related to conducting business activities in Sweden and Poland. Through its activities, the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce supports the economic development of both countries and builds bridges between their enterprises.
