My name is Magdalena and
I am the founder and CEO of NORDIN CONSULTING.
I have over 15 years of experience as a seller and brand promoter.
My experience includes senior management and sales department management in several companies.
I lived in Sweden for many years, where I helped Swedish companies establish contacts with Polish companies.
Also in Poland, I supported local enterprises in building business relationships with Swedish companies. Thanks to this, I have a unique perspective and knowledge that allows me to effectively help our clients achieve their business goals.

My name is Marcin and at NORDIN CONSULTING I work as COO.
I have over 20 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurship. I was the president of the largest employment agency from Poland recruiting construction workers for Scandinavian markets. The company was awarded twice the BUSINESS GAZELLE awards, and was included in the ranking of the fastest growing companies in Europe, according to the FINANCIAL TIMES ranking.
I lived in Sweden and Norway for many years, which expanded my knowledge and skills and allowed me to establish valuable contacts in the international business environment.

How It All Started
We are proud of over 20 years of experience in the field of HR and broadly understood recruitment, especially in the area of the Scandinavian labor market.
We quickly realized that Scandinavian markets need experienced employees, especially in the construction industry.
However, we still felt a sense of unfulfillment in our activities and wanted to create something completely new and much larger.
A project that would bring us much more satisfaction.
Then NORDIN came.
A completely different concept of operation within the employment agency industry.
We didn't want to run a single employment agency and compete with other agencies, but to join forces and offer our clients a completely new product and service, which is the alliance of employment agencies.
Today we know that it was the perfect decision.
Many employment agencies in one place, for our potential clients, is an excellent alternative and an opportunity to access a much larger pool of candidates. NORDIN's task is to acquire clients, conduct sales services, and promote the employment agencies affiliated with NORDIN.
Each employment agency affiliated with NORDIN must also adhere to our strict principles regarding honesty and transparency, so that our clients seeking employees can be assured that they are starting cooperation with a fair and honest company. Additionally, it ensures that employees working for our agencies receive compensation and benefits in accordance with the regulations applicable in their place of work.
